Goal: To increase awareness and provide support for people affected by HIV and AIDS in Tanzania.
Key Actions:
- HIV Education: Raise awareness about HIV prevention, transmission, and care, aiming to reduce stigma and encourage safer practices.
- Support Services: Facilitate access to healthcare and treatment for individuals living with HIV, especially pregnant women, children, and families.
- Eliminate HIV in Infants: Work towards the elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV, ensuring that pregnant women receive proper care and prevention.
- Advocacy for Family Planning: Promote family planning in the context of HIV and tuberculosis (TB) care, helping families make informed health decisions.
Goal: To improve water and sanitation conditions in schools, ensuring a healthier environment for children to learn and grow.

- Clean Water: Ensure that schools have access to clean drinking water, which is essential for preventing waterborne diseases and promoting good hygiene.
- Bathroom Facilities: Build or upgrade bathroom facilities in schools, particularly in rural areas where infrastructure is often lacking. Clean and functional bathrooms are vital for students’ health and dignity.
Goal: To improve the nutritional status of children in underprivileged schools, ensuring they receive at least one healthy meal during school hours.
